Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Site or make purchases. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

• We sell new and used physical books, bookmarks, shirts, and other merchandise (specific items subject to change).
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy but reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy (see Section 5).

• We ship exclusively within the United States from our location in Douglas, GA. No international shipping is available.
• Shipping times are estimated at 2-8 business days for standard shipping. Delays may occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they leave our porch.

• Subscriptions provide curated book boxes on a monthly or quarterly basis, as specified at purchase.
• You may cancel, skip, or pause your subscription via your account dashboard before the next billing cycle, but active subscriptions are final unless damaged during shipping (see Section 5).
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription offerings with notice.

We do not purchase used books from customers. However, you may trade in used books for store credit if they are in acceptable condition, as determined by us. Contact support@paperbackporch.com for eligibility and process details.

Traded-in books become our property, and store credit is issued at our discretion.

• We accept major credit/debit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases.
• Taxes and shipping fees are additional and calculated at checkout.
• We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, payment issues, or other lawful reasons.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any laws or regulations;
• Submit false information;
• Attempt to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

We may terminate your access to the Site for violations of these Terms.

• Products are sold "as is." We do not guarantee that books or merchandise will meet your expectations beyond their described condition.
• The Site is provided "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted access.

• Paperback Porch, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from your use of the Site or products.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Coffee County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your information.
